Accessible Fitness Personal Training Gym
Welcome to the Accessible Fitness website. My name is Paul O'Lone and I have always loved exercise. I entered my first bodybuilding competition when I was 15 years old, and in 1993 I won the Mr. North America bodybuilding competition.
In 2002, my wife, Judy, and I opened a gym in Santa Clara, California called Accessible Fitness, specializing in weight loss and body transformation. Our mission is to empower as many people as possible by enhancing their fitness, performance, and full potential. Our goal is to improve the physical fitness and health of everyone who comes to our gym by helping them understand and apply the principles of proper exercise and nutrition.
Who needs a Personal Trainer?
A personal trainer is for anyone who wants to reach their peak fitness level, improve their exercise and fitness knowledge, or who finds it tough to motivate themselves. A personal trainer is also really helpful for anyone with a specific condition, like an illness or injury, and wants to be sure they're exercising safely and in good form.
As a beginner, having a personal trainer can be a great introduction to the gym and will improve your knowledge and confidence. If you are experienced but feel as though you’ve hit a wall and are not making progress, an Accessible Fitness personal trainer can teach you how to get over that wall and take your body to the next level.
Personal training at Accessible Fitness means that you will be exercising one-on-one with your own experienced personal trainer right beside you to guide and assist you with your fitness program. We’ll help you stay committed to reaching your goals.
It’s a great feeling to have a trainer, someone who helps you stay faithful to your goals – and someone to applaud you when you meet or surpass them. Our personal trainers can design a fitness program for you that will make you look and feel better about yourself. We pride ourselves in knowing each and every client by their first name. You won't find a more welcoming place for a workout. It's like your home away from home.
For your workout to be successful, we believe that you have to be comfortable with your fitness venue. Here at Accessible Fitness that is exactly what you will find.
