Glad to know that you are both helping so many people and also still competing. Very impressive site and I will use you as a reference to what is possible with adaptive exercise.

Hey Paul and Judy...
I feel so lucky to have friends like you (and Tyler, too)! You looked fantastic at the 2006 San Jose Bodybuilding Contest, Paul! You've got me inspired to think about competing again, myself. The advice and support you two gave me while I was preparing for the Wheelchair Division of the 2004 South Bay Bodybuilding Contest was absolutely invaluable! See ya'll soon!

Hi, Paul and Judy----Just read the article about you in Santa Clara Weekly, and was impressed. Kudos to you both for the work that you do. I was diagnosed with MS in 1990, and it took me 2 years of hardwork to get my diet and exercise in order. None of my drs. told me it would help, I had to do the research and work all on my own! I went on to start in the Martial Arts, something I had always wanted to do, and earned my Black Belt in TKD at 48 years of age. I taught aerobics in my younger days, and am now getting interested in being certified as an exercise specialist for MS, and also for older adults. Just wanted to say thanks for being an inspiration!

Paul, I just read the article about you and your wife in Action magazine. I was impressed and just wanted to say that you both sound like amazing people. I have had MS for many years, and I have to use a Rollator or a wheelchair to get around. Your gym sounds wonderful to me.

Paul, I have had MS for 31 years, my therapist and doctor just decided I should workout with free weights, and they want me to strengthen my core muscles. I am 53, so this is new to me but I am trying hard. Your story was great. Keep up the good work and if you ever come to the Pittsburgh area woul like to have you as a speaker.
