Goal:

To develop the right exercise plan and diet to help my client’s to reach their fitness goals.

Experience:

I found my love for fitness during my time spent as a Collegiate Athlete. I played Water Polo and swam for Fresno Pacific University; in which I finished my senior season in the fall of 2012. But, I was not always in shape as an athlete. In 2009, I reached my largest weight of 240lbs. Through hard work and dedication I dropped that weight down to 180 lbs to compete at the NCAA collegiate level. During my time at FPU, I was educated in the field of Kinesiology in techniques in the realms of fitness assessment, exercise prescription, motor behavior, and Biomechanics.
While finishing up my last 12 units online this fall I will be graduating with my degree in Exercise Science this December. While at Fresno Pacific, I interned for Terrio Edge Physical Therapy and Fitness where I trained and assessed athletes young and old where I learned many great insights to Strength and Conditioning. In my athletic career, I played Water Polo for 10 years. And now I am in my 5th year of coaching the very sport I love. Though I love athletics I believe that everyone is an athlete and can at least train like one. .
