Bio/Experience:

I grew up in Belgium where I was involved in a wide variety of team sports, including soccer and volleyball. After moving to California in 1999, I joined 24 hour fitness. I became very enthusiast in bodybuilding. After becoming a Qualified Personal Trainer in 2010, I have helped hundreds of people get into the best shape of their lives. My straight forward approach to nutrition and exercise has enabled me to coach everyone from teenagers to seniors to professional athletes.
I am able to combine my education and experience to help people at all levels safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals. When I’m not in the gym, I enjoy the outdoors hiking, biking, soccer, motivating people and finding new ways to stay fit and healthy.
